Rare and unusual herbaceous perennial clematis, grows to about 3 ft., perfect for growing through a small obelisk in the mixed herbaceous border.
Lavender bell flowers on this non-climbing clematis, followed by silky seedheads.
Flowering June to September.
Prune hard in February, Group 3.
Introduced by the legendary UK grower Barry Fretwell.

Grown under licence, propagation without licence prohibited.
